Originally, the site was to be used for a commercial housing project by a private developer. However, the land was reacquired by Metro Bratislava a.s., and will become an urban rental housing project with benefits for residents in the form of a public park and civic amenities.
The first stage of the project, which is currently being prepared, proposes the construction of an apartment building with 103 apartments, on 8 floors, with a usable area of 5,030 m2.
The urban rental housing project on Muchovo Square will bring, in addition to rental apartments, civic amenities and a public park with an area of approximately 3,065 m2 with activities for youth, families with children, and seniors.
